Each pillow is made to order and prayerfully sewn and embroidered from start to finish. What begins as a blank piece of fabric becomes a meaningful reminder of His presence, His perfect peace, and the beauty of a home centered on Christ.
Prayerfully stitched and made to bless.
Five years ago, the Lord provided me with a high-quality sewing and embroidery machine. At the time, I didn't know how to sew or embroider, but I simply began learning one step at a time. My very first project was a banner with the name of Jesus.
Not long after, life brought many unexpected setbacks. Between moves, responsibilities, and the demands of everyday life, learning this craft was continually placed on the back burner. The machine sat waiting while the Lord was doing a deeper work in my heart. Looking back now, I can see His timing was intentional.
I have been in a season of waiting for full-time employment. It has been one of the most stretching and refining seasons of my life, as the Lord has faithfully taught me to depend on Him as my only source of provision. During that time, He led me back to the sewing machine He had placed in my hands years before.
Learning embroidery and sewing has been filled with trial and error, mistakes, tangled thread, and countless lessons in patience. More than teaching me a craft, the Lord has been teaching me perseverance, surrender, and trust. With every new technique and every finished piece, He has reminded me that He is faithful to complete the work He begins.
In 2025, the Lord began speaking to my heart about the name Adorn His House. Later, while gathering with a group of women from my church, our conversation turned to filling our homes with pieces created by people who love Jesus and make them in worship and prayer. As I shared the name the Lord had given me, the woman sitting beside me asked me to say it again, and then a third time. After I said, "Adorn His House" for the third time, I believe the ministry was established in the natural, as it had already been established in the Spirit. It was a significant moment of confirmation that the Lord was bringing His plans into my view.
The name Adorn His House carries a twofold meaning. In the Old Testament, Solomon adorned the Lord's house with beauty, excellence, and glory, setting apart the temple for the presence of God. In Revelation, the Church is described as a bride beautifully adorned for her Husband, Jesus Christ. Together, these pictures remind me that God delights in beauty that reflects His glory, not only in the places we live, but also in the lives of His people, for we are now His dwelling place.
The embroidered pillows are just the beginning. They are the first of many pieces the Lord has placed on my heart to create, not only for our homes, but also for our lives, as reminders that we ourselves are His house and have been created to reflect His beauty and bring Him glory.
The idea for these pillows came from reflecting on the power of God's Word. Throughout Scripture, God called His people to keep His Word before them, to remember it, meditate on it, and teach it to their children. There is something powerful about seeing truth repeatedly.
The name of Jesus is beautiful. He is our hope, our peace, our refuge, and our salvation. To me, a pillow symbolizes rest, comfort, peace, and home. Every piece is stitched with intention during times of worship and prayer. Before it reaches your home, it has already been covered in prayer.
My prayer is that every time you see His name, your heart would be drawn to Him. Whether it rests on a couch, a chair, a bed, or in your favorite place of prayer, I pray it becomes a reminder that true rest is found in Christ alone. I pray that your home would be filled with His peace, your faith would be strengthened, and that through every piece and every home it enters, Jesus Christ would be glorified forever and ever. Amen.

"Therefore God has highly exalted him and bestowed on him the name that is above every name, so that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, in heaven and on earth and under the earth, and every tongue confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father."
Philippians 2:9 to 11, ESV
